Payment: We accept PayPal, checks, money orders, and credit cards via PayPal. Address for checks or money orders will be sent seperately. All orders to be shipped must be paid in full and checks cleared before your order will be processed and shipped. Shipping: Orders are generally ready within 2 to 5 business days. If their is a significant delay you will be contacted. We use USPS for most orders but reserve the right to ship UPS. We offer FREE shipping for orders over $75.00. We will split the shipping for orders between $40.00 and $75.00. Local customers can arrange to pick up orders or we will deliver orders of $25.00 or more FREE within the city limits of Pekin, IL. Sales Tax: We are required to collect sales tax on all orders received from Illinois. Returns: We do not accept returns on our bath and body products. Out of Stock: If an item is Out of Stock, we will notify you and you may choose an alternate item or ask for a backorder. The backordered item will be shipped at no extra cost to you.
